THE PERLATO DI MARE QUARRY

“The Perlato di Mare Quarry is located within Northwest Bulgaria, between the Balkan ridge and the Danube and it is within the boundaries of the aspiring Belogradchik Rocks Geopark under the auspices of UNESCO. This unique area includes all types of igneous, volcanic, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks from the Neoproterozoic to the Quaternary Era & geologic time scale.”

“The variegated rocks are of different ages and types and the area is of the Pre-Mesozoic era. The Jurassic sediments overlying transgressively the Triassic carbonates are sandstones and gravelites of the Middle Jurassic. They are covered by sandstones, marls, zoogenic and different types of limestones including perlato & travertine.”

OUR DRILLING, BLASTING & QUARRYING OPERATIONS

Our product yields – the relative volumes of high-value Limestone Blocks vs other quality limestone is properly designed, scheduled, and tallied.
